I pitched an idea to Mens Journal to shoot a fashion story around the Dry Lake Bed Racing at the El Mirage Desert in California. They said yes as they like their fashion stories to be shot with real people. We where at the desert for 3 days, the people racing were all very accomodating and happy to be photographed and were very passionate when we talked to them about their cars.
